With her blend of experience across leadership, team building, networking and business development, she brings strategic vision and direction to the business. With an aim to make conventional and non-conventional finance accessible, she targets to turn around businesses in fast-paced environment.

With over a decade of entrepreneurial and leadership experience, Neha Khan has built a successful career across education, trade finance, and financial services. After establishing an education venture in India, she transitioned into trade finance, supporting business growth and strategic partnerships across the UAE and international markets.

As Founder & COO of Globizera, Neha leads the company’s growth strategy, institutional partnerships, and client engagement initiatives. Her execution-driven approach and commitment to excellence have helped position Globizera as a trusted partner for businesses seeking innovative trade finance and business solutions.

Neha is also a shareholder in CredibleX, a UAE-based embedded finance and SME lending platform backed by prominent institutional investors, including ADQ and Mubadala Investment Company. She is passionate about building trusted partnerships and creating sustainable value for businesses across global markets.
